Executive Sales Representative at Marble Capital Solutions

• We are looking for experienced Sales Executives / to join our team in the Logbook Loans / Asset Finance business.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in Sales or ready to learn
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer acquisition, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, hardworking and target-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Should be around kitengela and it's sorounding.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients.
• Generate leads through field sales, referrals and other channels.
• Guide clients through the loan application process.
• Conduct customer follow-ups and ensure proper documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain a healthy client pipeline and strong customer relationships.
