Finance Manager ( Health Care) at Stratostaff

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage hospital revenue cycle including billing and insurance claims.
• Monitor cost management and financial performance against budgets.
• Manage treasury operations and cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure accurate financial analysis for strategic decision-making. 
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and insurers.
• Ensure compliance with statutory financial obligations and tax regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Professional qualification such as CPA (K) / ACCA required
• Registered member in good standing with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK)
• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, preferably in healthcare or complex service environments
