Firmware Engineer job description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Firmware Engineer to join our team! As a Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the firmware development team in the design, development and production of our firmware supported products. You will be responsible for testing, documenting and creating firmware standards.

Firmware Engineer duties and responsibilities

1. Planning, developing and implementing firmware.
2. Maintaining stable firmware.
3. Gathering and analyzing requirements from customers.
4. Performing code reviews.
5. Writing and maintaining firmware documentation.
6. Testing firmware releases.
7. Proven working experience using C++/ Nordic.
8. Working closely with customers to resolve issues.
9. Providing technical support and training to the firmware development team.

Firmware Engineer requirements and qualifications

1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in firmware development
3. Experience in developing and debugging firmware
4. Proficiency in programming languages
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. Strong multitasking skills
8. Ability to work under pressure
9. Strong organizational skills
10. Strong Programming skills.
11. Ability to work well in a team environment
