Requirements for appointment

1. Diploma in food production preferably from Utalii college or a recognized institution in Kenya.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a busy environment.
3. Proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Theory and Practical training to our f&b and baking students.
• Prepare and maintain monthly kitchen inventory and records.
• Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene in the kitchen productions.
• In charge of students canter canteen.
• Any other duty as maybe assigned from time to time.
