Food & Beverage Manager at Freds Ranch and Resort

• We are seeking for dynamic and results-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of F&B operations in a busy Resort.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenues, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining high operational standards across outlets, conferences, meetings, and banqueting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all F&B operations to deliver quality service and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B revenues and control costs.
• Oversee conferences, meetings, and banqueting operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive marketing initiatives to promote F&B outlets and events.
• Recruit, train, and motivate F&B staff to achieve service excellence.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent high standards in food, beverage sales and service.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in F&B Management or Degree in Hospitality Management from a reputable Institution.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in F&B management, preferably in a fast-paced 3-4 Star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in driving revenues and enhancing guest experiences.
• Excellent understanding of Hotel operating systems
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
