Hotel Operations Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Food, Beverage and Hospitality
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: A Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Diploma: A Diploma in Hospitality Management. Hotel Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Hotel Operations Management Guest Satisfaction and Service Quality Financial Management and Cost Control Staff Management and Performance
- Ensuring Compliance, Safety, and Hotel Standards
