Food & Beverage Manager at Poa Place

We're looking for an F&B Manager to lead the strategy, operations, and commercial performance of all food and beverage operations at Poa Place Resort.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximising profitability, and maintaining world-class hospitality standards across the Resort's food and beverage, conference, and event operations. To provide leadership across four dining outlets, conferencing facilities, and events. Ensuring consistent service, operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous innovation. What we're looking for: A relevant Bachelor's degree and at least seven years' experience in hotel or resort food and beverage operations, including 3-5 years in senior leadership. A strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills, with knowledge of food safety standards and hotel management systems.
