Food Quality Control Intern at Talent Grid Africa

• This role offers hands-on exposure in a fast-paced production environment, giving you the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).  What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in routine sampling and quality checks for raw materials and finished products.
• Supporting audits, inspections, and hygiene checks within production lines.
• Maintaining accurate quality records and assisting in data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborating with production and R&D teams to meet compliance and operational goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s or Diploma holder in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
• Someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent documentation skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
• A team player eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a mission-driven food production environment.
