Forestry and Land Use Interns - 3 Positions at Nairobi City County Public Service Board

Job Requirements

• Bachelors in Forestry or Environmental Resource Management
• Be proficient in computer skills.
•  Possess analytical skills, report writing skills and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have graduated not earlier than 2016.
• Be the age of 18 years to 35 years of age.
• Must have NHIF, KRA, NSSF registration and personal risk insurance for the said period.

Job Description

• An intern will be expected to carry out Forestry extension activities at the sub-county level under the Deputy Director Forestry and Land use.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of tree cover and land use
• Collecting and collating tree cover and land use information for database update.
•  Preparation of draft of tree cover and land use reports. 
• Completing duties/tasks mutually agreed upon and assigned by supervisor
