Forklift Operator at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for efficiently handling materials and products to ensure optimal storage, movement, and safety. The role demands precision, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with operational guidelines to prevent disruptions and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials and products efficiently.
• Stack and arrange materials in designated storage areas.
• Move stock onto pallets or crates for secure storage or shipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and promptly report any repair needs.
• Ensure safety compliance by performing routine forklift maintenance.
• Identify and report damages, shortages, or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and legal guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Valid Class G Driving License with forklift endorsement.
• Recent and valid forklift operations safety training from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of occupational safety standards (OSHA compliance).
• Additional certifications in refresher training, first aid, and fire safety are desirable.
• High regard for workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
