Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes across various offices.
In close liaison with the in-country Office Managers, assist in the office and insurance vendor relationship management.
Consolidate data with all employee Benefits vendors across Africa.
Negotiate with vendors and administrators for best plans, options, and rates.
Serve as primary contact for insurance plan vendors and third-party administrators.
Periodic Audits on cost management optimization for all employee benefits across Africa
Coordinate all travel, accommodation, and Visa Management for all travel across Africa
Health & Safety Champion across Africa ensuring all regulatory OSH training for all Office based employees are conducted and records maintained.
Participate in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures and follow-up actions.
Ensures compliance with all applicable global and country health and safety regulations.
Coordinate all Audiometric tests and reports across Africa in collaboration with Country HRBPs and local vendors.
Ensure all necessary vendor records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Familiarity with benefits contract language
Ability to understand, evaluate and make judgments on proposals
Multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and organization skills
