Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist at FSD Africa

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Map overall design to business requirements and systems, making sure this is aligned with business goals and processes
• Assess, and support Microsoft Dynamics365 modules in use at FSD Africa.
• Responsible for leveraging Microsoft technology stack, X++, .Net, SQL Server, HTML, XML, Application integration framework, data, code migration and upgrades to customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 for operations
• Be the guardian of D365 IT General Computer Controls (ITGC’s)
• Build and manage the architecture hosting Dynamics 365 on FSD Africa private cloud.
• Prepare development guidelines and building components
• Work on technical documentation and provide necessary technical training to employees if needed
• Responsible for Dynamics 365 software architecture and technical installation required for users to engage with D365

Essential Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV versions 2016+
• Technical experience with SQL Server, BI and Reporting, Azure DevOps, and Azure platform services
• Experience working in MS Dynamics 365 ERP and recent experience in Business Central is plus.
• Ability to assess, justify and direct D365 improvements
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English
• At least 5 years’ experience within the ICT function/ sector
