Job Summary:

• A gas cylinder stamper is responsible for stamping identification numbers, markings, and other information on gas cylinders to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to track the cylinders' use and maintenance. They work in manufacturing plants, warehouses, or distribution centers where gas cylinders are filled, inspected, and maintained. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, technical skills, and knowledge of safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of a gas cylinder stamper may include:

• Stamping identification numbers, markings, and other information on gas cylinders using specialized equipment and tools.
• Inspect gas cylinders to ensure they meet safety standards before stamping them.
• Maintaining accurate records of the stamping process, including the number of cylinders stamped, the type of gas contained in each cylinder, and the date of the stamping.
• Following safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Performing routine maintenance on stamping equipment and tools to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Collaborating with other professionals in the manufacturing and distribution process to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the plant.

Knowledge and Skills:

Education Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent is required, along with on-the-job training in stamping techniques and safety procedures.
• At least one year of experience.
