Roles & Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all departments (design, sales, project management, finance, etc.) function efficiently and meet their objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals. Work closely with senior leadership to define the company's long-term vision and growth initiatives.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, ensuring high performance, fostering a positive work culture, and driving professional development. Project Oversight: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company's quality standards. Oversee project management, from design conceptualization to execution.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service and design quality. Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. Ensure financial health of the company through sound budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth. Oversee marketing, sales, and client acquisition strategies to increase the firm's client base and revenue.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operations are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Uphold company standards of design quality, ethics, and sustainability.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on company performance to senior stakeholders, including financial metrics, project status, and client feedback. Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and business strategies.
