    Global Talent Acquisition Manager

    Role Profile

    The role holder will be tasked with managing the recruitment process, providing subject matter expertise & talent insights and enabling hiring managers to select the best quality candidates across all levels. He/she will be responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, accurately utilizing the organization’s Talent Acquisition processes, systems and tools to achieve the desired outcome.

    Leveraging the employee value proposition to ensure a highly positive candidate experience and employer brand. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be a key contributor to new hire retention rates, utilise data to inform decisions, communicate results, and identify areas for improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Partner with Business and Functional leaders to set and drive the strategy, goals, processes and metrics by ensuring we have the right talent to drive these initiatives. Lead and participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and retention. Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our hiring strategy is in line with the best practices in the global market.
    • Employer Brand: Work closely with the business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel by educating and advocating for best practices. Guide the development of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and once endorsed, in consultation with the marketing team develop new brand assets such as photos, video, testimonials and content to bring to life the proof points and brand messages. Lead the updating or creating a presence on a range of targeted channels such as the Company’s Careers website, job ad templates, LinkedIn Company and other relevant channels across the globe.
    • Talent Acquisition: Oversee all hiring for the business across all countries and departments. Liaise with the business leaders to understand their staffing and manpower needs to inform manpower planning. Overseeing the full Talent life cycle for senior and executive hires across all countries, proactively pipelining brilliant future leadership hires. Develop innovative ways to meet Kyosk’s expanding and evolving recruiting needs. Build hiring plans based on demand & capacity across several businesses to meet increasing hiring needs for specialized positions. Lead active pipelining of crucial roles to guarantee a quick turnaround time and candidate onboarding within the specified timelines.
    • Stakeholder Management and Pipelining: Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Finance Partners) to determine future talent needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies; this requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.
    • Reporting & Analytics: Oversee the preparation of talent-related reports and analytics including recruitment reporting & trend analysis; hiring numbers analysis; review of time to hire against the laid down metrics; percentage of quality hires and employee retention as well as other ad-hoc reporting as required.
    • People & Performance Management: Manage the global Talent Acquisition Team. Interact with recruiting teams from subsidiaries and international locations to provide a consolidated view of the international and functional pipeline. Ensuring the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers continue to be fully equipped & inspired to sell and select quality talent by identifying, pipelining, attracting, assessing, and closing on that talent.

    Minimum Qualifications & Desired Skills

    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting and working in a global, high-volume organization with at least 3 years in a Senior Management role;
    • Ability to source for Senior Leadership Roles
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
    • Experience in a similar regional role with hands-on experience recruiting for various countries in Africa is an added advantage;
    • Demonstrated ability to use creative sourcing and networking skills to connect with talent in different professions; 
    • Successful skills and ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing multinational organization; 
    • Great knowledge of sound hiring and employment laws practices;
    • Strong project management and organizational skills with superior ability to follow through and manage complex projects;
    • Ability to independently research issues and make effective recommendations to the business;
    • Strong relationship-building skills for creating a collaborative approach to troubleshooting issues and determining appropriate solutions;
    • Strong orientation to service in responding to needs of internal and external customers and ability to work with a diverse group of people;
    • A deep understanding and passion for recruitment, aware of the latest trends and global talent market;
    • High level of confidentiality of all information encountered.
