Google Ads Specialist at Tuma

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Develop and implement keyword strategies that reach diaspora and African audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics, providing actionable insights.
• Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to improve conversions.
• Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) to maximize visibility, installs, and in-app engagement for the Tuma app.
• Stay abreast of trends in performance marketing, ensuring Tuma's campaigns are always innovative and competitive.

What We're Looking For

• Experience of 3-5 years' experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns.
• Must be an individual contributor (not a company).
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Proven understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to drive organic growth.
• Data-driven thinker with a proven track record of optimizing for CPI, CPC, ROAS, and app conversions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Certifications (at least one of the following):

• Google Ads Search Certification
• Google Ads Display Certification
• Google Ads Apps Certification
• Google Ads Video Certification
• Google Ads Measurement Certification
