Graduate Trainee Programme- 6 at Choka Supplies Limited

Choka supplies are excited to launch their first Graduate Trainee Programme. We have a 12- month experience that will engage fresh graduates in every aspect of our business. The successful candidates will be working on actual projects, solving problems and contributing to our operations. Through the year the candidates will be exposed through including Production, Supply Chain, Sales as well as Finance.

What will the program Entail

• During your 12 months with Choka Supplies you will
• Work directly with our management teams to understand our processes Work on assignments and projects that directly impact the business.
• Gain exposure to both the technical and commercial sides of the industry. Receive mentorship and coaching from senior managers.
• Develop workplace skills e.g. planning, organisation, problem-solving and digital literacy.
• We assess progress at regular intervals throughout the programme, and successful trainees have the opportunity to transition into full term roles with us.

Who Should Apply

• While academic excellence will be an advantage, it is not the sole requirement. We also believe in traits such as good attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn, teamwork, and the ability to adapt.
• Our optimal candidate has:
• A bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Finance, or a related field
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
