Graphic Designer at Life Care Hospital Kenya

Job Description:

• Are you a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer passionate about making a positive impact through design? We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to collaborate with our marketing team, create visually compelling materials that reflect the Lifecare Hospital brand, and effectively communicate with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Design and produce various visual assets, including promotional materials, advertisements, brochures, signage, digital graphics, and more.
• Develop creative concepts that convey the Lifecare Hospital brand identity and messaging effectively.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and mediums.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make revisions as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of design work continually.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
