Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic designer & Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies, coming up with concepts for the brand, editing and creating proofs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms.
• Create visually appealing graphics and video reels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging content that aligns with overall brand messaging.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Conduct photo manipulation and video editing to enhance visual content for posts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital design.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from a recognized Kenyan University.
• Demonstrated ability to use graphic design software to create posters and video reels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage social media pages.
• Familiar with AI software/apps for enhancing pictures/videos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
