    Senior Warehouse Manager

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations within the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams, overseeing logistics and inventory, and ensuring efficient workflow in a high-volume environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 100+ warehouse staff across multiple shifts.

    National Key Accounts Manager

    • To lead and grow strategic partnerships with key hospital and healthcare institutions across Kenya—including Tier A, Tier B, and other public, mission owned and private sector stakeholders—by establishing a best-in-class Key Accounts framework. The role focuses on optimizing listing of products, distribution, enhancing customer satisfaction, protecting profit margins, driving strategic growth, and building a high-performing key accounts commercial team.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Route to Market & Distribution Optimization
    • Design and optimize route-to-market strategies to enhance direct distribution efficiency and coverage.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • At least 10 years’ experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing and sales strategies
    • Must have proven track record managing key institutional accounts in the pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry.

    Associate – Taxation

    • We are currently looking to fill the position of Associate – Taxation.
    • This role supports the organization’s day-to-day tax operations and general ledger functions. The ideal candidate should be analytical, well-organized, and demonstrate strong attention to compliance and detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the preparation, reconciliation, and submission of statutory taxes, including VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and Excise.
    • Perform accurate and timely tax reconciliations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS.
    • Maintain up-to-date tax records and documentation to support internal and external audits.

    Requirements

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • CPA Part 2 or higher.
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

    Key Competencies and Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an audit firm or manufacturing company.
    • CPA Part 2 certification required.
    • Hands-on experience in tax reconciliations, including VAT, WHT, and Excise Tax.
    • Proficient in SAP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Familiarity with insurance administration and financial reporting procedures.
    • Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
    • Good understanding of IFRS and statutory compliance frameworks.
    • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    • Experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable.
