Graphics Designer at Oasis Outsourcing

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will providing high-quality design solutions that meet our client’s and their clients’ branding and marketing needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and creativity, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Creative Concepts: Collaborate with the client to understand their design requirements and develop creative concepts that align with their brand identity.
• Design Solutions: Create visually appealing designs for various media, including print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
• Branding and Marketing Materials: Design logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing materials.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with the client to gather feedback, make revisions, and ensure the final design meets their expectations.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are of high quality, visually appealing, and aligned with the client's brand guidelines.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve design skills and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a BPO or client-facing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant tools.
• Creative Skills: Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present design ideas and concepts to clients.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.

Preferred Skills

• UX/UI Design: Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Animation and Video Editing: Experience with animation and video editing software, such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Web Design: Understanding of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS
