Group HR Manager – Nairobi at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Group’s vision and goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of talent across the Group.
• Drive performance management processes across the Group, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement across all Group entities.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements across all jurisdictions.
• Standardize HR processes and systems across the Group to drive efficiency and consistency.

Key Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional HR certification such as CHRP is an added advantage.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience managing HR functions across multiple business units or countries.
• Strong leadership, people management, and performance management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR operations.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute operationally.
• High emotional intelligence with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and presentation abilities.
• Awareness of ESG labor standards and ability to integrate them into HR frameworks.
