    Growth Manager

    The Role

    • Today we are looking for a Growth Manager. As our Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our acquisition and retention strategies, driving user growth, and ultimately enabling our next 10X growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing the user experience, looking for exciting assortment options and identifying new growth opportunities across all channels. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role with the potential to shape the future of our company. You are leading a team of marketing analysts, designers and promoters and will work with basically everyone else in the organization.

    Some of the responsibilities:

    • Analyze user data and market trends to identify and prioritize growth opportunities across all aspects of the business, including product assortment, business lines, and sales channels.
    • Make sure our offer is unbeatable for various customer segments and come up with scalable strategies to acquire leads.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition and retention strategies across paid advertising, organic channels, and partnerships.
    • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing (Klaviyo).
    • Collaborate with our tech team to optimize the user experience for growth.
    • Track and measure performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and proactively recommend adaptations.
    • Contribute to strategic planning and budget allocation for marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • As this is a management team role, we consider candidates with at least 5 years of work experience.
    • You think and act like an entrepreneur, thinking creatively and strategically to identify and capitalize on opportunities. You ‘play to win’. You do not stop when you are tired, you stop when you are done.
    • Possession of a growth mindset, embracing challenges, learning from failures and constantly seeking new opportunities to improve. You have a razor sharp focus on the key actions that will move the needle.
    • Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition and retention growth with a strong understanding of marketing funnel fundamentals and best practices.
    • You master the basics: excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, project management, problem-solving, eye for detail, communication and presentation skills.
    • Passion for food and a desire to innovate and disrupt the traditional model.
    • Strong people skills, able to build strong relationships with everyone in the business and be a coach and mentor.
    • Affinity with working with a premium brand with high-end customers is a plus.
    • Experience in a similar growth-focused role within e-commerce or a relevant industry is a plus.
    • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment such as (strategy) consulting, start-ups, scale-ups and investment banking is a plus.
    • International exposure and experience is a plus.
