Experience & Education

• Proven experience managing at least 5 café units (multi-site management is essential).
• 3–5+ years in a senior café or hospitality operations leadership role.
• Strong people leadership skills, able to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and profitability.
• A deep passion for coffee and hospitality, with curiosity to keep learning
