This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources at Ramco Group. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya.
Qualifications
A strong HR experience and background of not less than 10 years
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in Human Resources (HR) management
In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law
Ability to develop and implement HR policies
Strong knowledge of employee relations
Ability to engage leadership teams at a strategic level
