Head of ICT at AA Kenya

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in the ICT function ensure adequate systems that support  the AA network and facilitate the timely provision of information needed for decision-making. 

Key Result Areas; 

• Supporting business Strategy through technology.
• ICT systems maintenance and security systems. 
• Enhance internal business operations to increase efficiency. 
• Teams' Performance Management. 
• Budgeting and Procurement. 

Minimum job requirements: Competencies; 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business IT/Software Engineering or related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage. 
• At least 10 years experience in software development or systems management, three (3) of which must be in a senior leadership level. 
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc. 
• Good awareness of technology trends. 
• Knowledge of ICT systems project management.  
• ICT Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
• Member of a professional IT body.
