Head of Maintenance

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Key Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Prior supervisory experience in a hotel/resort setting
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work across the property
- Manage the annual maintenance schedule and CapEx budget
- Supervise maintenance personnel
- Maintain systems to minimize downtime
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance
