    Head of Marketing and Branding

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and own the Company's global brand identity and positioning
    • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads
    • Collaborate with CRO to accelerate sales cycles through marketing-qualified leads
    • Oversee content marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
    • Position the Company as Africa’s AI thought leader through PR and media relations
    • Manage employer branding to attract top talent globally
    • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.​

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
    • Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred
    • 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles (CMO, VP Marketing, etc.)
    • Proven track record building brands from early-stage to market leadership
    • Expertise in B2B tech marketing, including demand generation, ABM, and content
