Headteacher (Kindergarten) – Machakos at Talent Grid Africa

This role is more than administration it’s about inspiring teachers, nurturing young learners, and ensuring that the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) is delivered with excellence.

As Headteacher, you will:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and management of the Kindergarten team
• Mentor and guide teachers to unlock their potential
• Ensure a safe, child-friendly, and stimulating learning environment
• Work closely with parents and guardians to strengthen collaboration
• Uphold school values while fostering holistic child development

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma in ECDE + Valid TSC Number
• Minimum 3 years’ proven leadership in Kindergarten/EYE
• Sound knowledge of CBC & early years pedagogy
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
