Overall purpose of the job

Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support to achieve timely and efficient management of reception operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate registration of patients and verification of benefits.
• Maintain pleasant front office environment.
• Manage client appointments.
• Accurate billing and collection of revenue
• Generate periodic reports.
• Requision and petty cash management.

Position Requirements and other competencies

1. Diploma in a business related course.
2. Three (3) years of appropriate experiences in Front Office/ Reception operations.
3. Good customer service and people skills.
4. Self motivated and a team player.
5. Pleasant personality.
6. Excellent communication skills.
