Mandatory Requirements

For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have:

• At least three (3) years relevant work experience at the grade of Hospitality Officer II or in a comparable position;
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Hotel and Hospitality Management; Event Management, Catering/Accommodation Management, Institutional Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Production/Management and Service; Food and Beverage Management; or a related qualification from a recognized institution;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
