Hotel Cashier at Stedmak Gardens and Recreational Centre

Stedmak Gardens & Recreation Centre is seeking a reliable, honest, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments (cash, M-Pesa, cards, etc.).
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Balance daily cash collections and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Handle payments for the Amusement Park, Animal Park, Swimming Pool, Restaurant, and other hotel services.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of cashiering experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Computer literacy and experience using POS systems are an added advantage.
• Strong numerical, communication, and customer service skills.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
