    Hotel supervisor

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, initiatives, and ensure everyone is aligned with the hotel's vision.

    Guest Services:

    • Oversee and enhance guest experiences, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Implement and maintain service standards to exceed guest expectations.
    • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Efficiently manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, marketing, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
    • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

    Sales and Marketing:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
    • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, suppliers and other partners. Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.

    Event Management:

    • Coordinate and oversee events, weddings, and conferences hosted at the hotel.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful event execution.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a hotel supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Sales and marketing expertise, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
    • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
    • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and manage budgets.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a business-related field.
