THE JOB

As a Household Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our clients’ homes. 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Carry out household tasks (shopping, meal preparation and cooking, cleaning the premises, laundry and ironing) as part of the daily tours. 
• Assist clients with managing their daily lives and work together with them to structure their activities. 
• Provide support in the areas of nutrition and mobility. 
• Adhere to quality assurance measures, occupational safety regulations, and hygiene standards. 
• Manage daily life and perform household tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant completed education/Degree or Diploma in household management, hospitality management, home economics, consumer science etc. 
• At least 2 years of experience as a household worker
• 21- 40 years Old.
• Driving License for the car required.
• Appropriate work attitude and ethics, leadership skills

• Efficiently manage multiple household tasks, ensuring all duties are completed promptly and to a high standard.
• Maintain meticulous standards of cleanliness and orderliness in the home.
• Balance various responsibilities effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Expertise in cleaning techniques and maintaining household appliances and surfaces.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients.
• Ability to address and resolve household issues promptly and efficiently.
• Good physical health to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON

We are offering the following for the successful candidate:

• Duration 12 months (with possibility of extension up to 3 years) Contract.
• 40 working hours/week + occasional overtime (paid).
• salary rate is KES 50,000 per month
• Accommodation is provided
