Housekeeper - Premium Wellness & Clinic Environment at Nexus Staffing Solutions

Nexus Staffing Solutions is seeking a mature, reliable and highly responsible Housekeeper on behalf of our client, a premium beauty, wellness and regenerative care clinic in Muthaiga, Nairobi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a spotless, hygienic, organised and welcoming environment that reflects the clinic\'s premium standards and provides clients with a comfortable and professional experience.

Because the environment combines wellness, aesthetic and clinical services, attention to hygiene, cleanliness, discretion and presentation is particularly important. 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across assigned areas of the facility/residence. 
• Clean and maintain floors, surfaces, bathrooms, rooms and common areas. 
• Ensure spaces are neat, organised and presentable at all times. 
• Handle laundry, linen and towels appropriately. 
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in all assigned areas. 
• Support cleaning and organisation of kitchen areas. 
• Prepare simple meals and basic home-style food when required. 
• Assist with general kitchen cleanliness and organisation. 
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report when replenishment is required. 
• Handle household/clinic items, equipment and client-related property carefully. 
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding clients, staff and the organisation. 
• Follow established hygiene and cleaning procedures. 
• Report maintenance, safety or cleanliness concerns promptly. 
• Support other reasonable housekeeping duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper, Domestic Worker, Cleaner or similar position. 
• Mature and responsible individual with demonstrated reliability. 
• Strong knowledge of cleaning, hygiene and housekeeping standards. 
• Ability to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness without close supervision. 
• Basic cooking skills are required/strongly preferred. 
• Ability to prepare simple everyday meals. 
• Good organisation and time-management skills. 
• Honest, trustworthy and discreet. 
• Good personal hygiene and professional presentation. 
• Physically capable of carrying out routine housekeeping duties. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Ability to respect privacy and maintain confidentiality. 
• Candidates must be able to commit reliably to the required work schedule.
