Reporting To: HR Operations Lead

Job Location: Industrial Area

Role Purpose: Responsible for providing end to end support to outsourced accounts. The position is in addition responsible for coordinating recruitment for outsourced accounts, managing time and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing HR related matters for employees that have been outsourced to various organizations and being their HR contact on all matters starting from recruitment, giving offers, issuing employment contracts, onboarding, engagement to exit.
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
• Recruitment – Source for employees with the right skills, short list, organize for the interview sessions and finally Ensure all hired outsourced staff have all relevant documents before on boarding
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Ensure all clients invoices are sent in a timely manager and collections are done
• Ensure that projects are managed within the required/documented SOPS
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies

Education and Experience:

• Diploma/ Certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
• 1 yr working experience in a busy HR Firm
• A strong problem solver, confident demeanour, able to represent company to client.
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Aggressive & Results Oriented
• Ability to take initiative
