HR Assistant
- Job Type Contract , Full Time
- Qualification Diploma
- Experience 1 year
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Job Purpose
- To support the administrative and basic activities of HR department
Key Responsibilities
- Open staff files, follow up on required documents
- Ensure timely filing of all documents received in HR
- Schedule and invite candidates for interview
- Follow up on all necessary documents for staff files from new staff before confirmation.
- Draft discipline correspondences, attend hearings and prepare minutes of hearings
- Scan requisitions to Procurement team and track them in the requisitions book.
- Prepare new staff induction packs
- Attendance monitoring.
- Prepare periodic reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources Management
