Expertise Required:

• HR Experience: Minimum of 10 years as an HR Generalist with a strong foundation in People Partnering.
• Talent Management: Experience in designing and implementing talent development initiatives that yield tangible results.
• Employee Relationships: Deep understanding of employee relations and local labor practices.
• Compensation and Benefits: Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs.
