We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant who will provide support to our Human Resource Department.

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
• Experience Level: Midtier level
• Experience Length: 2 years in a busy organisation

Requirements

• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Must be registered with IHRM and with a valid practicing License. 
• Must have 2 or more years of experience in the same field
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
• Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Team management skills
