Human Resource Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant who will provide support to our Human Resource Department.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience Level: Midtier level
- Experience Length: 2 years in a busy organisation
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Must be registered with IHRM and with a valid practicing License.
- Must have 2 or more years of experience in the same field
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
