Human Resource Business Partner at Rise & Learn Global

POSITION SUMMARY

• Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Human Resource Business Partner leads the delivery of the human resource function across Kenbright Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries.
• The role combines strategic contribution shaping people policy, workforce planning and organizational capability with hands-on ownership of the full employee lifecycle.
• The postholder is also the custodian of the Company’s employment records and the principal author of internal communication to staff, and the Company’s focal point for occupational safety and health. He/she will maintain the Human Resource Policies and Procedures Manual and is accountable for ensuring that Kenbright’s people practices comply with all the applicable legislations.

Do you Qualify?

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, social sciences or a related discipline.
• Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management or CHRP, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Current member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with a valid practicing certificate.
• At least six (6) years' progressive experience in human resources, of which at least two (2) years are at supervisory or managerial level.
