Job Description

• The successful candidate will be reporting to the Human Resource Officer and any other designated officer by the Principal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and deployment of staff.
• Assist in handling of staff welfare matters.
•  Assist in data entry in the department.
• Assist in preparation of the Payroll.
• Assist in administering staff performance appraisals
• Assist in any other departmental duties.

For appointment to this position, an officer must have the following qualifications:

• Diploma in Human Resource with accounting knowledge as an added advantage.
• Shown merit, integrity and ability as reflected in work performance and results
• Prior experience in an institution of higher learning or technical Training institution will be an added advantage.
