Human Resource Officer at Crystal Recruit

• We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to support recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations across multiple branches.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
• Support branch managers with HR matters Handle employee relations and staff performance
• Maintain HR records and ensure labor law compliance
• Assist with workforce planning and staff scheduling

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-6 years HR experience (retail or multi-branch experience is an added advantage)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
