Human Resource Officer at Doshi Group

In this role you will report to the HR Manager and promptly support the HR department in execution of HR & Payroll Administration, Recruitment & onboarding, Employee Relations and coordinate environmental health and safety at the work place.

Minimum Qualifications, knowledge & Skills

• At least a Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences/Human Resource Management. A Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
• At least four (4) years’ experience in a busy HR department especially in a manufacturing company
• In-depth and practical understanding of labour laws
• Hands on experience of using HRMIS and excellent current computer skills
• Well organized and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively while under pressure individually and in a team
