Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management & IHRM Certification
• Minimum 4 years’ HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or textile sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
