JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science/Business in Human Resource Management Member of Institute of Human Resource Management
• Be Certified Human Resource Practioner (CHRP-K) will be added advantage
• Two Years of progressive experience in the Human Resources
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and Management systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills.
• Should have a sound knowledge. of Kenyan Labour laws and HR best practices.
   

KEY ROLES

• Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
• Prepare payroll and other employee benefits.
• Handle disciplinary matters disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate and facilitate staff performance appraisal processes. Implement and Ensure compliance with Labour laws, organizational policies, and HR procedures.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support to staff Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
