Role summary

Have a wealth of experience in human resource management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administering staff compensation, benefit & performance management.
• Undertake routine maintenance of staff data in the system
• Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements
• Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
• Undertake recruitment and selection of new staff
• Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
• Organize and conduct interview
• Undertake induction and orientation process for new staff
• Coordinate probation assessments for staff on probation

Education and other requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Key requirements and skills

• Proficiency in excel and other computer skills
• Experience from a large manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Experience with SAP system is an added advantage.Good communication skills.
• People management skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
