    Human Resources Intern

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
    • Help with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and processing new hire paperwork
    • Assist with employee engagement activities, such as organizing team building events and employee recognition programs
    • Maintain employee records and assist with HR reporting
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

    Requirements:

    • A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learN
    • 1-2 years of working experience.
    • Prior eperience in a consulting firm would be an added advantage
