The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth HR management and compliance with company policies.

• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Kenya
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
