IFC Global Internship Program - Microsoft Office Copilot Solutions Internship at World Bank Group

Duties and Accountabilities:   

• Develop and implement automation solutions for MS Office reports using Microsoft Copilot. 
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks, enabling real-time updates and data visualization. 
• Develop dynamic templates for recurring reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
• Monitor and maintain the performance of automated solutions, ensuring accuracy and reliability. 

Selection Criteria

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree level program  
• Preferred field of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
• Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience  
• Proven experience in automating MS Office reports using Microsoft Copilot or similar tools 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
