Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:

• analyzing, designing, coding, testing,
• implementing, computer programs providing user support; and maintaining support systemsand
• training of users; repairing and maintain of information Communication Technology equipment
• and associated peripherals; receiving, installing and certifying of Information CommunicationTechnology equipment; and configuring of new Information Communication Technologyequipment.

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Computer Science/InformationCommunication Technology or in Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
